Zebco 33 Spincast Differences

I found a couple of Zebco 33 combos in the garage, my kids used them when they were a little younger. I want to pass one of them on to my nephew along with a small bit of tackle so he's set and ready to go when he's ready. One of the reels is labeled 33 Black and one is a 33 Rhino, are they the same with different paint jobs or different mechanically in some way?

edit.- should have looked harder. Rhino has a bite alert, Black does not
