Default Stiga rifles

These rifles are built on the Swedish 96 actions, they come in a number of different calibers. In the ones I've come across they all have been drilled and tapped with the holes at an angle to the center line of the barrel. It's as if Stiga bought a number of actions, setup to drill and tap them, and no one ever checked the alignment before all were drilled. My question here is has anyone found a Stiga rifle that was drilled and tapped correctly? I guess they are a good rifle if you only use the iron sights.
