If I ever knowingly enabled someone to harm someone else it would be very hard for me to ever live with myself.

If shes had that many flags for her problem and she still drinks....I wouldn't lend her a skateboard.

I wouldn't give this individual anything other then a hello, how's it going...she is an adult and can figure it out, we all have...you want something, work for it.

You won't live with yourself if you have any part of her behind the wheel and she kills someone....just saying...wife should understand that or well you sleep alone for a little while...small price to pay for being right!

You asked for advice, it would at least seem fair to let us know what you ended up doing. So tell us how it ended. Did you stand firm and do what you know is right, or?

Not sure if some people here realize this but you can get a DUI riding a bicycle. After all if you are riding on the road you are consider a vehicle and must obey all traffic laws. Sidewalk/bike path and walking it through crosswalks and you might be ok.

Does she not have Car2Go? I'd get her registered with them and remove the liability all together.

Default Dui

Very sure that you cannot recieve a 'dui' on a bicycle in canada. Public drunkeness or mischief, but not an impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
