Default What do I need to bring to the F/W office to get my license?

I'm looking to try trapping again, I don't remember what was required for me to bring to the F/W office in order to purchase said license.

I've held a license twice, but I don't have the old one with me at the moment. Will there be something on record saying that I'm able to purchase a trapping license? I've had to give them my win card last time, so will it be connected with that??
