Default Dirty Pool

Yup, it's kinda dirty pool when the Energy Minister changes how the curtailment is calculated partway thru the game, they also offer no help if shut in wells trigger things like abandonments.

Don't get me wrong, $45 diffs are terrible, punishing curtailments are slightly less terrible.

Hope the Province is listening

Not sure where to post but TMX is done like dinner. NEB now will allow impact of upstream/downstream emissions due to petition from StandEarth three days ago? Why do the rules keep changing???
