It would be huge. Could you imagine purchasing a new quarter section every month to add to something like the ACA sites. Finding a place to hunt would never be an issue again.
A percentage of the total tax would also come in from out of province. When tourists purchase their ski passes they would be inadvertently helping purchase a property for Albertans to shoot geese on.

Your a dummy if your willingly agreeing to ANOTHER tax in this country when we are already paying more than enough tax to cover all the services we need. When the mismanaged spending of our tax dollars is dealt with, we will no longer need to scrounge for money, create more tax etc..

If you create yet another tax of any kind, before the mismanaged spending of tax dollars is corrected, you are only putting more money into the pot that gets mismanaged.
