What episode of Meat Eater does Steve Rinella eat a coyote on? That, I’ve got to see. Thanks.

Made me laugh
They take one bite... cut to commercial. For a guy that eats a monkey with a straight face I’m convinced I won’t eat one unless I have to.

I hadn't watched in a few years... watching again - they go to town.... funny how you impress upon your own memories. I still don't think I want to try it yet. It;s a short segment in the whole show which is why i projected my own distaste.

My barn cats loved frozen raw yote. Maybe it was payback for how many of the barn cats it ate.

Steve Rinella eating
I’ve eaten cougar before. It was good. If you didn’t know better, you’d think it was pork.

I've eaten wolf backstrap a few years ago. I rolled into camp a day after my buddies and one shot a wolf. As I roll into the trailer they offer a bite of their steak. It actually wasn't bad at all.

That’s why I’ve heard too. If I get my cat this December I definitely think I’m gonna keep the steaks off of it.

Keep it all. In one of rinellas books he talks about a bar owner in Montana making bbq pulled cougar out of the leg meat, was very popular. Come to think of it, I haven’t heard anyone say anything bad about eating cougar (the 4 legged kind). Good luck on the hunt

Had a roast off a cougar once. Was fantastic. Keep more than the steaks. Very good meat.
