Default Grouse around Edmonton?

Anyone seeing a bunch a grouse around the city? Want to take the kids out

Go up by Redwater, walk the undeveloped road allowances. Also west out toward tomahawk. I’ve done this and have got a few ruffled with th 22.

Yes, never hunted Blackfoot but riding my ponies in there have seen a lot of grouse.

I think so... I don’t hunt the Blackfoot so maybe it’s only for big game? Although I think it’s a discharge permit of sorts. It’s a peak year for grouse there are plenty around.

Saw lots in October/early November , more so by blue ridge
