hunting in Alberta 2010/11

I was just looking at the seasons in Alberta for 09 and thinking about my options for Dec. 10 and into 2011.

I'll be returning to Alberta some time in Dec 10. Too late for regular big game seasons. There are some special licence seasons that go into Dec. and then into Jan. and Feb. The trouble is I have not been applying for any of them and so have no priority. I wish I had thought of this sooner and built some priority in them.

I've never been really keen on hunting cougar but that will be one option along with wolf, coyote and fox.

Some wmu's like in eastern alberta were open for whitetail bucks till december 20th in 2009,so you might be in luck if they do the same thing in 2010.
