Might be selling some emty tank shells. Must be a few collectors out there.
Any one know what they are worth if they would get posted on buy and sell?

Maybe best to go on Ebay and CGN to have a look to see what the demand and market will bear. Unless its WW 1 trench art , you may be looking at scrap brass prices.

I saw one that was used for an umbrella , walking stick stand. Lots were made into ash trays or lamps.

Also, you need to post clear pics of the casing headstamp if you want a better valuation.

I've got a couple from a 57mm. My plan is to make a urn for myself. Polished up they look pretty nice.

These things aren't as common as they used to be, government paranoia and all, some collector value there, no doubt.

I turned a "bullet" on my lathe for one off an aircraft carrier
Looks good by the load bench

Back in the day at Shilo we would turn a shortened 105 case into a beer mug using an inert 50 cal round as a handle.
