Lots of brooks up where Gold Creek joins the crow by the town of Frank. Never hooked one bigger then 10" myself but their in there.

Good Luck!

I have never caught one in the Crow myself but they are in Drum creek. If they are in Drum why are they not caught in the Crow or I just don't chat with the people who catch them?

I have caught brooks and, suprisingly, browns above the falls.

Yup....

By the Gymcanna

By big rock

By the old bridge pilings

Always small 10-12 inch dinks. Most likely from Gold creek.

I have yet to get a laker from the crow.

I think it was Alberta Environment and Parks electrofishing Drum Creek above the approximately 15 feet high falls in Hillcrest. In a 150 yard stretch they caught 14 brooks and said they missed another 20. One of the 3 person group electro fishing said they would not be able to go up the falls and it would be a resident population. Biggest fish was 24 cms. and no other species of fish was caught.
Not so long ago one old timer told me he put 3 rainbow from the Crow above the falls in Hillcrest...I think this type of "old timer management" happens more often than we realize.
