A 7# white is too big for the smoker. Better baked. I smoked some that were 6+ lb. and found they were too greasy to dry nicely. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Last couple years my bud Warren smoked #4 to 6#

our Big Game Trophy n Awards night received the bounty

everyone loved it

When I met Local native netter at Smoke he said the just smoke in poplar

then told me that they get too 12# plus in nets

not sure what you mean as I am getting friends product n find it great

Tim will share too or I will throw one in

David

The bigger the white the ore fat . The fat on a white is easy to see and very easy to trim. We try to trim most of it off done right you do not waste any meat. Hope this helps .
