Default Happy Canada day fellas

from down here in drowned Texas. We have had almost 32" of rain since January and we made need to get a boat to get to the Stampede up there this year. I was hoping to get there again this year but I may be on flood watch if itt don't stop. It has rained the last 19 days straight and last sunday night I got 4 1/2 " in 1 night.

Take care and enojy the three day weekend.

Default And a happy July 4th to you

Well it is nice to see others having a wet year to...lots of moisture. Remember seeing my Christmas light display(Grandzilla) now Dune, with all that snow, well we had mmmmmore, plus weve been wet ever since. I am about 45 minutes west from South Edmonton, or 30 mins west of Leduc. We always get crapped on out here. Man I went scouting my hunting spot about 20mins from home and was almost carried away by 5 million Mosqitoes thugs.

In 1 hour all I saw was a cat. Deer Trail yes, tracts yes, bedding yes but no game. It was a helpful scouting trip.

It turned out to be a nice day to celebrate Canada Day.There were plenty of Maple Leaf flags present and some good celebrations. The only negative was a very bad accident south of the city.

Default I prefer Dominion Day

I prefer the old observance of Dominion Day. Have a great "Independence Day" holiday yourself................no shortage of rain in central AB either.
