Default Wellsite trailer roof construction

Hoping someone can help me out. We recently acquired a wellsite trailer and are going to be using it as a cabin. We are planning on putting a wood stove in and wondering what type of roof are on them? Is it EPDM or just rubber? I need to know so I can use the proper sealant around the stove pipe flashing. Thanks in advance.

That's a good question have a look with a ladder and let us know. Did you check before you bought it?

i live in a double engineer skidshack fulltime.
Im 98% sure mine is a epdm product. personally I would make every effort to go through a wall before cutting into a sealed roof.

Depends on who made it and how cheap the contract was for. Best bet would be to call the manufacture and give them the ser#, they will have the info for you.

I’m assumed he didn’t have it in possession right now, but if he does you correct that would be the logical answer. However if he bought it at auction or site unseen and is having it delivered, he should have the manufacture and ser# on the bill of sale.

I would also go through the wall but there are lots of products up there for sealing if you do decide to cut through the roof
