Yukon Sausage Hinton

I’m thinking of taking some of last years moose to them to get some sausage made. Just looking to see what kind of sausage others have had made by them, and recommend. Thanks, Big Bull Shooter

I’ve only had jalapeño/cheddar and regular smokies done there with a deer. No complaints.
