I got my registered and resident by calling the Edmonton F&W office. Couple emails back and forth and done.

I think the fastest and most straight forward way is to walk into a fish and wild life office with cash and proof you completed the course. Sign a peice of paper, they photo copy it and way you go

I just did this last week. I called my local F&W office, they emailed me a form along with the W19 and a payment form.

Fill out / sign the form they send you and scan it back to them. Complete the payment and you’re ready to go.

I did it all remotely, they sent me an invoice that I paid and then I was send an electronic copy of my license.

If you buy a license now it expires in June just an FYI.

Sounds easy treeroot. Only thing is that you need to make an appointment first. In red deer the have security at the door who phone up stairs to see if you allowed in.
