Things might have changed but when I grew up in Lloyd there weren’t that many good gopher fields.

I've always looked at gophers as more of a southern Alberta thing. Not even that many around here.

There’s lots of gophers around Lloyd. We shoot around marwayne/kitscoty consistently from early April all summer. It’s better later cause all the young ones come out. June would be perfect.

Just becaus ehtheyrmposted no hunting doesn’t mean you can’t ask for permission and shoot gophers.

The secret is to get out before the grass is too tall.

You're rendering a service, the poison option is rapidly closing. Best build a relationship with the farmer though.
