It sure is a nice spot. But not for me...too close to a major highway and people.

I've always dreamed of owning some spot somewhere remote, teeming with trout, close to lakes and rivers with a sweet river running through it. Have a few places in mind...but expensive (as this one was).

That's East Hillcrest bridge access point. Sure hope they don't block, mess up access for all anglers or worse destroy that section of river with their development.
