Default Finally, a government decision that make sense

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmon...979624?cmp=rss

It's always annoyed me to see construction zone speed limits and there is no one working in them, and obviously no equipment active. I strongly support the reduction in speeds IF there is work being done, but if no one is there?

This is a good move, finally. It just makes sense.

I thought Klein had done something similar about "phantom construction zones" as he called them.

Start fining the construction companies when they don't cover the signs, as the regulations require.

Yes its about time, doing 60 k in the middle of nowhere for miles with no one in sight is annoying and its dangerous drivers lose patients then just ignore the signs if you call wolf too many times nobody takes them seriously.
