Default Mid/Late June Fishig Trip

Just a shot in the dark.... A couple of buddies and I have all recently gotten into fly fishing in BC. Unfortunately our schedules are such that we can't go to BC this year and our usual spot. Wondering if anyone can suggest a place for novice flyfiishers within 5-6 hrs of Edmonton where we can catch something. I'm not looking for honey holes or trophy size fish. We're happier with lots of little action and a decent peaceful enough place to camp. I know it's asking a lot. But as I do my own research I may as well see if someone can throw me a bone. PM if that suits you better. And thanks for your consideration.

Default fly fishing

Hey, not sure if you are familiar with the Nordegg area but Fish lake always produces lots of fish. If you got any questions about it pm me.

Looking to wade up and down a stream or river if possible.

mid-late june is peak run off season. Tough to fish streams that time of year.
