Default They were Howling today

Harry played a big part in todays fun adventure. Lots of response to calls but they really were leery. warm temps and breeding season may have played a big part.

Can pull two really easy with the bike. I usually bike in a mile . . Then bike out and get truck to pic up dogs. Four inches of snow is nothing to bike in.

Harry is a nice boy, I've called some in breeding season with mostly poor results. You, Harry, and the bike for the win!!!

That’s a slick set up you’ve got there. Very neat.

Nice work.

In regard to dragging them. Everyone can do what they think is best but I always skinned them in the closest tree to where they dropped. Put the hide in a bag and then into my pack. I find them easier to skin when they’re warm, they take up less space and the carcass can stay right there.
