Agreed...this call was because they didn't call the one against 97 earlier.

Monahan and Yamamoto?

I quite like Yamamoto. His game winner today was great.

Monahan seemed to have a little more step but still seems a little slow… and rusty. He is getting better. Seems to be shying away from some physicality. Maybe still working into full contact after being injured last year.

Draisaitl is an amazing well rounded player. He did it all today. Plays a great two way game.

Flames have neither a McDavid or a Draisaitl. When those two are flying… wow. Watch out.

Oilers D is still their Achilles heal. Very little improved in the last three games. Their D coach needs to get his butt in gear.

Crazy stat

Conner McDavid. 421 games to get to 600 points. 6th on the record list.

Jari Kurri. 419 games to get 600 points. 5th on the list.

Wayne Gretzky 274 games to get to 600 points. 1st on the list.

Crazy.

We were lucky to pull out that win. Kosk needs to stay in his net. That give away at the end should have been a goal for the Blues

At the start of the season I thought for sure we would be spending the bulk of our budget at the deadline on a goal tender. Although I think that is still not a bad idea, I think we are in more need of a true defender. I don't care if the guy ever scores a point, we have plenty of offense.

Just not sure if there are many of those guys available.

He sure is fun to watch. Usually guys his size are just goons. Dr. Drai has some serious skills!

Definitely a fun team to watch right now.

And those 50/50's
Nobody can do 50/50's like E-Town can.

I'll give Yamamoto credit for Try but count how many times he loses his footing in a game. If they turn on the AC in the building he does a pirouette.

He’s not a big guy. He plays more like Gaudreau than Mangiapane.

He could be upgraded but likely not for the same money. He’s getting $1.175
