John and Kaycee had a conversation about getting rid of the Militia and Kaycee indicated they were about half as strong as they were before the big event. That would tell me the local militia guys were hired to do the work, which would point to Jamie's Dad as he appears to be the sort of guy that would gravitate towards that demographic.
Having said that, judging by the amount of ammunition expended during the shootout those militia guys must have trained at the Star Wars Storm Trooper markmanship school. Those are the guys I want to be on the opposite side of a gunfight from.

I don’t think it’s him, he simply can’t afford them….

Little things said tend for me not to think it was Willa either, maybe it was Roarke but we likely wont find out now, until Rainwater speaks again. Saving it for a few episodes down the road I guess.
I love when Kayce goes hard with his sidearm, man can they ever make him cycle that weapon in a show. Has to be a rate of about 15 rounds per second. First time was when he cut loose on the trailer guy, with the little girl crying after.
They made him a badass for sure.
Jamie did not do this I don't think. He has nothing to gain everything to lose now, and they are now making him a cattleman on his own ranch. Unless of course Dad has a few debts that he cashed in, but doubtful.
Again though, nothing at all has to make sense. They just kill whoever gets in the way and nobody ever comes looking for them, that must happen all the time., Fordtruckin care to weigh in? lol~!

Not sure if he is riding in #4 as we are going to watch tonight but I wouldn't be surprised.

Dutton tells the horse trainer he wants him to try and buy a piece of a horse called Metallic Cat, which is as big as it gets in cutting horse circles. My neighbor is a cutting horse trainer/ex competitor so I've absorbed a tiny bit of knowledge.
The horse has its own website

That's interesting.
Offspring 4.25m, shows ~$650,000
Where does the $33,000,000 come into play?

It's on Paramount as well. You don't need Amazon Prime to see it.

Interesting episode, and the trailer for Sunday looks good as well.
Maybe Jamie will be the next one to go, when Daddy is in the crosshairs.
The BEST part about the entire show, is John and Beth, and their 'man to man talks' holy hell LOL!!!
He has referenced that a couple times now, way too good! How they keep straight faces is just awesome, mind you she walked away when she dropped it.

It really is a good show. I was never a Costner fan, well, Waterworld was epic, but I sure like him in Yellowstone.

I am seriously thinking of waiting until the end of the season and then watch all episodes at once. I can’t wait a week for the next episode! Such a great show!
Episode 4- the conversation between Beth and the fund lady was to die for!

I haven't started watching yet. There's a few TV series that I just wait till all the episodes are out and watch them all.
Meanwhile, if you like car shows, you should try Car Trek on youtube.

That was a GREAT mini series. Yellowstone is an excellent show.
Mayor of Kingstown is a really good new series out too. It's only on season one episode three.

We've been watching Yellowstone and it is certainly good.
We're now going to have to look for Mayor of Kingstown - especially since some of it was filmed here in Kingston where we now live. In fact, the prison in the show is just a few kilometers from our house.

Anybody else not getting Yellowstone on Amazon Prime? It always airs at 7pm and nothing is there yet.

I downloaded the Paramount + App as I assumed it was on there. Paid $6 for the month and realized it only streams on Prime and Peacock (NBC, not available in Canada). Oops.
I guess I’ll just have to wait and see who gets taken to the train station.

Interesting fact
Not sure if this was mentioned before? Just noted that Teeter is Michael Landons Daughter, Jennifer Landon. Neato!

And Mia is Edin Brolin, Josh Brolin's daughter.

Watching it and now all caught up,
Ya, a few we’ll known actors daughters playing roles.
Also Interesting, looks that some Asian actress’s playing native roles.
