Short of getting a custom mold made to reform the lead shot back to uniform round, your best bet is buying new.
Lawrence Brand shows #2 chilled lead shot on their website, but it doesn't appear in their drop down menu. Give them a call to see if they still manufacture it and if they have a distributor near you, or if they can ship directly to you.

FTR- RotoMetals website shows they only manufactures #4 to #9.
