Default RV awning cleaning.

Have got some mildew buildup on the underside of the RV awning, and was wondering what you use to clean it? I tried to use the pressure washer but it didn't remove any of it.

I just use Mr Clean in some hot water with a boat brush. The brush has very soft bristles so won't scratch anything. I use the same thing on the sides and roof as well then just give it all a rinse with the hose.

Borax and water (~1 cup per 5L) will do the trick. Test it on a out of site area to make sure it won't bleach your awning. Soft bristle brush to scrub rinse clean with water.

Spray 9 and hot water with a scrub brush. I bought a used trailer last fall and awning was just horrible. Spent a rainy day scrubbing and it came out clean.

You all need to try this stuff works way better then spray 9. I mean it makes your awning look brand new again. Spray it on let it soak a few minutes soft brush and rinse off. This stuff is unreal. I bought mine at Gregg’s Distributors.
