So in July they sent $202, nothing in Aug, nothing in Sept and now sent me $404. Anyone else seeing it like this?

They are quarterly payments. The July payment was supposed to cover the first two quarters. Sounds like you got a regular quarterly payment in July and they made up the difference in October.
