First steps to start guiding or outfitting

Was wondering today . What does one have to do to start guiding ? Like certain licenses and rules there is that need to be followed . Always kinda been my dream . I'm sure there are a few people on here that guide and outfit . Or some people that have the answers . Thanks. Have done it quite a bit in south Africa . But that is a total different story and rules
