2012 WT Buck
Had to pull the old one hander and rest the gun on my left arm, i knew the scope was coming but it was worth it! 300 yrds 6x4

i lauph every time i see those scares, [had a couple myself] they are the same every time on everyone. one year my wife and 3 friends of mine all had matching wounds. one evening we all got together to brag about our success and knowledge lol. and i bust out laughing. 4 out of 6 had perfectly matched wounds bahahaha. congratulations the wound was worth a good deer

nice buck and good for longer range standing shot too!! i think my best free hander is maybe about 220ish ive scoped myself but never cut , did you need stitches?

That's a great shot. No big deal on the cut. You said you knew it was coming, yet you still put the shot in the kill zone. Good concentration and good job gettin 'er done! I have never been hit there by a scope, but I did get a fat lip from my grandpa's open sighted 303 British when a buck walked out in front of me on a powerline when I was 15. Yes I missed that buck.
