Snows already

Poor birds are sure screwed up with these crazy seasons...small flock of snow geese here already south of Lethbridge, unless they stayed all winter .

I saw mallards and Canada’s north of Edmonton, in January, 20 km from open water.

River is open and plenty of snow free grain fields. No reason for them to leave.

Gophers have been spotted out running around down there to.

I saw a black bear in the ditch north of Edmonton last week.

Med. Hat has had huge flocks of geese and ducks stay for at least 25yrs. In a tough winter there must be lots of winter kill.

I see.lots of Canada's here on the river as well south of Lethbridge all winter ...they must be just nothing but feathers .
