Default NSR Burbot/RMW

Anybody know a place on the NSR where a guy could get a Burbot or a Rocky Mountain Whitefish in the next couple weeks while they're still in there? Would really like to get into them this year on the river.

You can fish for Burbot right now in Edm. area, but I've never seen a RMW caught around here.

I have caught quite a few RMW in Feb. at gold bar park in Edmonton. open water. Not too deep but it does hold a few rockies. They average 2 to 3 lbs.
As far as burbot I have had the best luck for burbot in April in the river. They seem to have a run around the end of April. Multiple years during the last week of April all I caught was burbot... even 2 at a time on a rig. I've caught as many as 20 to 30 in an afternoon. This was upstream of Devon a couple miles.

During open water there are RMW to be caught in Edmonton. The high level bridge area in faster water. The RMW like holding behind rocks that create eddies.
They like white flies or maggots on a size 10 or 12 hook bottom bounced or stationary.
