Got the xmas lights up?
I enjoy watching a good light show with christmas music. Enjoy.
I like that this is just a modest home with excellent lights. The lights get better as it goes. Great music. I know there are more elaborate lights out there. Share them if you put some up.

And another great tune and show.

put ours up just over 22 years ago and never took them down, had just installed them in 1996 and was planning on taking them down, when the daughter came premature, so with all the stress and strain of the time with visits to the hospital to see baby I just never got around to taking them off, so just plug in and replace burnt out bulbs, will probably leave them when I sell the house.

An old neighbor of mine used to do that. He was hailed on twice. A lot of broken bulbs!

Funny you should ask, I just came in for a break from removing the light strings along my eagestroughs that were destroyed by squirrels and will be putting up the replacements in a few minutes. Blasted tree rats chewed the things into lots of 2" strips of wire and a pile of decapitated bulbs. I now have a significant stockpile of spare C6 led bulbs though......

If your leaving lights up year round, I suggest taking a good look at them in summer. UV can dry out the insulation and get brittle. Don't want any exposed wires.
I have been looking at them strip type LED ones that go under the soffit, and can be controlled by a phone app. Pretty pricey but thinking long term may be worth it. Also use them say Halloween and make em orange stuff like that.
