Default tossing carp

With the increase of all the invasive fish can I guy get in trouble for not tossing carp etc back into the water?

Step on thier heads and put them back or break their necks. But don’t put them in alive. Not that killing them is going to make any difference at this point . It’s more of a statement. I have been tossing them in the grass at Dewitt’s with some fishermen with extreamly long fishing poles giving me odd stares.

No you will not get in trouble. Not forced to kill.

Why don't you kill the carp then give them to the fishermen? Might as well get some use out of them.

This I did not know. So it must just be encouraged that anglers kill them, rather than enforced.
