Don't laugh. Seen guys here offer to help out others. 312 is pretty heavily hunted though, so OP is probably better off starting seeking permission much earlier next year.
There are some leases in 312.Check out the website and give the ranchers holding them a call.Some of them dont mind hunters taking a cow on their private land either,ask them when you call for the access to the lease.
