That is amazing.. I dont think a pack of wolves could do it faster. I wonder what kind of knife he was using? It looked like he was cutting threw butter the whole time. That guy needs to make a how to video I would buy it in a second.

If I moved that fast I'm pretty sure I'd be sporting some band aids. Lol Using that meat hook keeps that hand clear. Great video, thanks for sharing.

Default need to get a hook like that!!

that was awesome, but really it was the hook that made all the difference!

When your aren't stopping to put band-aids on your fingers all the time it is amazing how quickly you can get the work done.

Thanx for the informative post, I'd loved the meat hook, definitely picking up one of those. A sharp knife is a must as well. We should have a fall contest to see who can debone the fastest kinda of a hunting olympics if you will. Top prizes in each animal category! Also check out his skinning video, neat but opposite of how I usually do it.

I prefer the wood chipper method for speed.

Default practice practice practice

I was a meatcutter in a past life

using the hook is a learned skill! and it is a very difficult skill to master.

I preferred to use my hands.

if you are worried about cuts, you can get steel gloves or kevlar gloves.

just remember, NEVER have your gloves around a bandsaw.

Default Nice Vid

Ya, I'm in the hour and a half range too, almost always trying to stay somewhat clean, no cutting up the kitchen table, sipping some JD.

Cool vid though.
