Firearm Raffles

SCI Calgary is running two firearm raffles. One is for a 223 built by Alberta Tactical and the other is a 12 ga o/u built by Fausti, one of 25 built for SCI.
I think the draw is during their dinner April 21st. www.sci-calgary.org

I have wondered about raffles. Do clubs have to have a special license to hold a raffle??

Legally yes, through the gaming commission .
Pretty easy to fill out the requirements for the permit however .
