Default Got pretty close to some deer this afternoon ( pics )

Was a pretty good afternoon. I took a little tour of a PennWest road north of here ( read: road hunting ) and got some nice pics.

Spotted this mulie buck dogging a doe, he wasn't letting her get too far!

Finally got him to look away and give a nice pose:

And then, a while later, I spotted this young whitetail buck making his way through the timber. Just a beautiful young up 'n comer, hope he makes it through the season!

I love photographing deer.

Even when I am unsuccessful at hunting but I get a few good pics of wildlife I am just as happy!

The first are clearly mule... Is the last guy a mulie too? Kinda looks like a WT to my untrained eyes.

Yeah, I always take my Canon along - if I am not reaching for my rifle I am reaching for my camera!
