Question A goose question, or just confirmation lol

I am going to assume that this fairly severe cold snap, combined with the snow will be the final drive to push the migration south. Is that a safe assumption???

Default Try heading east

As long as they have some open water you will have geese. Now with deer season ending we will start goose hunting and will do so right til the end of the season. We always have open water in Med Hat due to our power plant that sends warm water from cooling turbines back into the river. Dec is the best hunting time for geese around here

Lol, come on guys, take it easy on Winger.

There will be geese around southern AB till the season closes. As already stated, as long as there is some open water, there will be geese.

Hahaha, pretty harsh on a second season fellow they are lmao

Im thinking that with the -20 to -30 over night temps the river will freeze up, I could be wrong. No harm in asking, wait this is ao lol lots of harm for asking a dumb question

Pudel, what are you up to tomorrow? if you have some gear I got a darn good shoot lined up, sucks its a corn field (not really good at hunting them without snow) but there were prob close to 6-8000 birds out there. Would hate to "wreck" it shootin it with 2 guys lol, send me a text if you want
