Default I hop in the boat and....

...I fly over to the shore that the bait fish are being blown into...
Then I Drop the MINN KOTA and move in and around the weed beds until I hook into some fish. Then I do it again and again always watching the depth finder for common denominators. When I'm feeling Lazy or Relaxed, I'll Sometimes just take a nice long troll until I hit some fish.... Then I'll back-track and find em' again.

From shore, I cast no more than about 10 or 15 times before I'm on the move.... Many times I'll cast as I'm moving, especially up current on faster moving water.

I tend to pull my lures in quickly when the water's clear and slower but noisier when the water is murkier.

Cheers,

/FC...
