Probably a place to start with questions anyways. Maybe all you need is the instructions and a part or two.

I just finished reading a thread called "Love my Shimanos"; in it, Robert talks about taking his reel to the "Reel Doctor". Since he mentions fishing the North Saskatchewan River, there's a good chance that's in Edmonton. Maybe send him a PM...?

edit: Poor Turtle beat me to the punch by mere seconds; the curse of 2-fingered typing...LOL
...& so did BBJ!!!

anyone know of a similar store in Calgary? I have a pile of reels that need repairs from fishing abuse over the years. Can't throw anything out.

I keep so much stuff that last year some people broke into my garage and they are still trying to find their way out.

In Calgary, Roggies Rod and Reel but I haven't been there in the past three years. Near Anderson and Elbow Drive. Rick.
