Don't visit the human rights museum. It was built on a aboriginal burial ground. When first opened the museum had no displays in regards to aboriginals. The human rights museum responded to the criticism by adding aboriginal exibits and permently waving entrance fees for aboriginals. Drive by it but don't go in. It was an amazing mess of structural steel during construction, it's a pretty ugly eye sore in its completion

I bet you could say that about most sites around the forks and Winnipeg that it was an ancient burial ground at one time people have been inhabiting that area for thousands of years

Except all those other sites are not occupied by a HUMAN RIGHTS MUSEUM, that neglected to recognize the people who originally lived there
