Question Tanning Beaver Tails

I am interested in tanning some beaver tails. I'd like to make some arrow rests for stik bows. I have skinned and fleshed a tail...looking for some advice on what to do next...

Thank you sir. Just after I posted this I did the smart thing and checked youtube...voila I came up with the same video...doesn't that make life easier. Now, where do I find glycerin?

you can find glycerin at a pharmacy I believe
