gun transfer to poss only

I was wondering if anybody knows if i can transfer a gun over to my step father who only has a possesion licence. any info would be greatly appreciated.thanks h em

Your step father needs a Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL). See the Firearms Centre Fact Sheet, Selling, Giving or Trading Firearms.

You can lend it to him but until he gets his acquisition license it cannot be transferred to his name.
