I would like to add that the work that our good friend Dick284 has done over the years to organize and promote this shoot is nothing short of absolutely extraordinary. Much time has to be spent to endeavor the promotion of our shooting sports. He has to organize not only the time at the range, but his dear wife and kids wholeheartedly promote and participate with ensuring that we all have a great time and that we are all fed supreme food. Dick284 is worthy of a a metal or belt buckle himself for the unwanting efforts that he and his family have put into this yearly event. I tip my hat off to you my good friend for all of the efforts that you put into this yearly event.

Anybody who has organized a shoot knows that there is a tremendous amount of work that goes into them, you usually start thinking about next year halfway through the day of the shoot!
Dick has done this shoot for as long as I have known him, which was when shortmags.org was going, he has tremendous energy when it comes to all things concerning hunting and shooting sports, especially this match!
Hats off to him.....

It's official. Calgary Auction Depot has purchased and donated a Sight In edition of the Ammo Cam version. I will be on site to provide the lucky winner with hands on instruction. I'll bring my 1000 yard edition as a training tool. Many thanks to gramps73 and Calgary Auction Depot for their kind donation.

Yes it is. However for myself, you must be blind folded and have your right arm roped behind your back at the shoot. You must buy me and the wife dinner each night, and pay for my gas to the event and you must do Village People karaoke in full uniform around the campfire. I have no idea as to what dick's requirements may be, ......

Only 17 more sleeps. It's gonna be fun. The shoot has always been blessed with nice weather in the years that I've attended. Let's hope for nice weather, not too hot, not cold, and a mild breeze. Looking forward to seeing old and new friends and good eats. Of course, may the wind guide my bullets where they need to go and yours in the dirt.

Oh darn Cat, you just reminded me that I gotta go to the tire shop and get some wheel weights for you. Mike, the owner owes me a solid, so we should be good. I'll call him RIGHT NOW.

You'll easily identify the Ford wheel weights when you melt it down Cat, the iron oxide (rust) should separate easily and come to the top.....

I'm looking to get you 2 buckets of weights. Will the military aluminum frame handle it.....

I'll bring them in a Chevy.....made from steel and tornadoes. .
