You may find it a little to fast, but if it works, it works.

Really impressed with this rifle so far....hoping to put a white-tail down tomorrow if the plants align correctly.

With factory Federal 120gr Nosler Ballistic Tip in 260 rem, it will consistantly shoot sub MOA 5 shot groups.

I also checked the tracking on the scope.....I have a full 22moa of elevation and it tracks perfectly.....I adjusted the scope all the way up and then back to my 1.5 inch zero and shot a 5 shot group that was right on the money.

I haven't shot anything edible with this rifle yet.....but I did manage the first kill with it today on a coyote I called in....the 120gr B-Tip Federal factory ammo worked well.

I think it is a shade under 11 pounds as she sits.

It is a Bushnell Elite 6-24x40....I know, I know Bushnell sucks

Of the 6 x 5 shot groups (3 at 200m and 3 at 300m) shot today the largest group including "called pulls" was measured at 0.969 MOA, so needless to say I am really happy with how this package is coming together.

BIG shout out to a local barrel maker on this one Bob Jury out of Red Deer area, and Bob at CGWorx for the gunsmithing glad to support local where I can!

Keep in mind my MOA approximation calculations are made based on shooting at 200m (~220yards) and 300m (~330yards)

I managed to flinch all 5 into a decent group

I think the 129 are doing out around 3000fps give or take....

5 shot strings are really tough to get consistent POI from....so many factors on making bug hole groups.

Got out today to do some long range proofing.

Below target was shot at just over 600m (670 yards) using a hunting load with 129gr Interbond bullets....scope was adjusted using dial ups, target was shot prone using 2 rolled up sweaters as a rest

For reference the dot is 2 inches around.

Nice looking group. You must have put the other two shots into the other holes eh?

I know you were .

The best way to ruin a 3 shot group is by shooting 2 more bullets
