Default PAL verification
Just checking in to see if anyone has had any issues with PAL verification using the online method? It’s giving me an error, I haven’t done this before so wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything.

Don't post a screenshot or picture, ever, with any personal information or identifiers, ever, on public forums. You will be a victim of identity theft, or fraud.

I've never tried a PAL verification online so have no thoughts on that for the OP, but wanted to post what should be obvious to anyone regarding sharing personal information online.

The message it comes up with says” the license information provided does not match any of our records”

I just wanted to see if anyone has been successful completing this online previously, or not?

I’ve had the same error. Called and they were able to get it sorted. What a stupid, stupid system. Stupid.

I chatted with the purchaser and there was a problem with the email for confirmation. Managed to get it sorted.
