Default frank lake duck hunting 2022

can you still hunt ducks at frank lake out by high river
if so any good ??

went out to dalemead lake last weekend guess you can hunt anymore unless you have written permission from all the ajacent land owners.
kinda makes no sense you can fish but you step over the fence line with a shotgun that's a no no .

use to go out to my Buddys farm for ducks and geese was great hunting
but he sold it have been looking now for 2 seasons trying to find public place to hunt around calgary area

any help would be appreciated

Well one activity involves public access and the other activity involves private access.

Back some years ago when I first started bird hunting a friend brought me to Namaka Lake south of Eagle lake south of Strathmore. Public access in a couple of spots. It is also an ACA pheasant release area. Havn't been there in quite a few years. Lot of good memories of sunrises and sunsets.
