Default Photos -Wildlife

Found I compete against myself only, in the effort to get a better photo. However, a highlight of this forum is good quality wildlife photos of others. A new thread, because old ones are ---- old. (I've used the AO link to show photos - poor res. Can I get more pixels, or do I need an imager site link?)

You can also copy from other sites like Twitter

Here is a video I took of Bobcats in the neighborhood today.

Some members sure take great photos. Thanks for sharing. Wish I had a good camera. Some randomness. For years I never really took pictures.

Some great shots here, nice to see!
We bought a travel trailer this year which led to more time outdoors and me dusting off my Costco special camera from 10 or more years ago. I didn't remember anything about manual settings so it was strictly AUTO this year, but I managed to get a few that I'm happy with.

some beautiful shots! I really want to get a good zoom lens for wildlife photography. But the lenses are so expensive!

Default Geese Fighting

Hi, I just took these pictures but I am not getting the type of beautiful focus you guys are getting.

I bought a used Rebel XS EOS last week (older camera, but decent) but the lens SUCKS. I would like to buy a ZOOM Lens that will show every feather in detail at 100 yards. Do you guys have any recommendations, your pictures are really beautiful and super focused and this lens does not cut it! Cheers

I'm shooting a Canon EOS Rebel T2i with a 75-300 mm Canon zoom lens.

Thanks Bushmaster!

I just looked it up and they are on sale at Visions for $149.00 I will go there this week. The camera I bought came with a Canon EFS 18-200mm, not hardly good enough! Cheers

I wished I had a bigger zoom but they're talking a couple thousand bucks!

I don't know what kind of camera you can get at Visions for $149.00. There is a used Canon Powershot SX540HS in the AO Buy & Sell for $175.00. (Sorry I don't know how to attach a link to it) It has a 50X optical zoom. I use the older SX40HS as a backup camera and am happy with it. You will need a good support to steady the camera at the higher zooms.
