Turtles pretty much had to take the beating that he had coming to him. Either that or turn his man card in for ever. He should have stayed on his feet a little longer before falling to his knees though. I’m not sure if Turtles earned his man card back or not but he might have at least regained a little respect.
Oilers look rusty to me but we’re coming on strong towards the end of the period.

I don’t think the entertainment is over yet. One thing lost was the ease that McDavid split the shames pylons. Just a matter of time before they put the puck in the net.
