Default Fly Rod Sugestions

I`m looking into buying a new fly rod....so many products out there so I`m coming on here to see what recommendations you guys would have for my kinda fishing

I`ll be using it mostly for my dry flies which consist of #10 to 18 (90% of the time)

I already have a 6WT9 for my streamers and have a 5WT9 that I`ll be using for nymphing (I`d rather have a 10` but that`s what I have for the moment and dont plan on buying a new one for nymphing yet)

I was considering a St.Croix Avid 4wt 8.6

Get a 3 wt not really any point in getting a 4 wt if your casting drys in the #10 size your 5 wt will work just fine. I had at one time a 3,4, 6, 7,8 wt . I really didnt use the 4 wt anymore as the 3 would handle all my needs for the smaller creeks. The 6 I would use on the bow mostly for nymphing but can chuck hoppers easily. The 7 was bought for pike and didn't work at all it wasn't bad for nymphing but was to big for most places. The 8 is strictly for big streamers and pike. Just my opinion of course. I would save the money get the longer rod for nymphing
