Get a 3 wt not really any point in getting a 4 wt if your casting drys in the #10 size your 5 wt will work just fine. I had at one time a 3,4, 6, 7,8 wt . I really didnt use the 4 wt anymore as the 3 would handle all my needs for the smaller creeks. The 6 I would use on the bow mostly for nymphing but can chuck hoppers easily. The 7 was bought for pike and didn't work at all it wasn't bad for nymphing but was to big for most places. The 8 is strictly for big streamers and pike. Just my opinion of course. I would save the money get the longer rod for nymphing
