Lots of moose...going to take quite a few years to get drawn.

There is piles of cow moose in there. You will have a fun casual hunt for a anterless moose in there.
I have no clue the priority required for anterless moose in there never looked.

Camp Wainwright is likely the easiest place to kill a moose. Be 100% sure of where you are on the base, and don't bother taking an atv with you, because they aren't allowed to be used by hunters on the base. I have hunted the base for moose once, and took a 54" bull, and I am taking a new hunter as a partner for antlered moose, next year.

P7 will get any of the 3 hunts for cow moose. When you get there check out the maps they have with the kill locations and go from there. Bring either lots of rope or a sled and eager young kids like I did 2 years ago and the rest is easy. Took me 2 hrs day one of the 1st deer rifle hunt to get my cow and she was great table fare.
